Our product design team is a collaborative group of UX designers, digital designers, content designers, and researchers who have a significant voice in Workato's strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Create designs for branded marketing and internal content, including presentation decks, one-sheets, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design illustrations and GIFs for our blog and docs websites.
  • Manage end-to-end video production, including video editing and animation.
  • Assist lead designers with creating visual assets for the product, such as GIFs, icons, illustrations, and banners.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to enhance the visual design of Workato's user interface.
  • Provide feedback on fellow designers' work and help each other grow.
  • Ideate and problem-solve large and small initiatives with your design lead and fellow designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share new creative ideas with the team.
  • Utilize collaborative communication tools like Slack, Figma, Jira, Adobe Suite, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zones.
Requirements
  • Experience creating a wide range of graphics and videos for corporate purposes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Google Slides.
  • Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail.
  • A portfolio that showcases your skills in illustration, icon design, presentation decks, and user interface designs, as well as examples of animation and videography.
Soft Skills and Personal Characteristics
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
