Plumber Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team at Reedy & Company Relators LLC. As a plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties we manage.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Issues: Identify and fix a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
  • Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing Systems: Install, maintain, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures to ensure smooth operation of plumbing systems.
  • Respond to Emergency Calls: Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions to our clients.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential problems before they occur, reducing the risk of costly repairs.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare Estimates and Invoices: Prepare estimates and invoices for completed work, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Plumber License: Possess a valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other contractors.
  • Reliability and Safety: Be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Clean MVR: Maintain a clean driving record.
