Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs on various appliances
  • Install and maintain HVAC systems
  • Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Execute electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Install, repair, and rekey locks
  • Assist in moving and installing appliances
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance
  • Prepare apartments for new tenants
  • Support fellow technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
  • Follow safety protocols in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards
  • Document daily work activities
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • HVAC certification is mandatory (Universal certification preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Proficient in the use of tools and familiar with common appliances
  • Physical capability to perform assigned tasks
  • Understanding of relevant building codes and maintenance regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation of work performed
  • Possession of personal tools necessary for the job
  • Reliable transportation suitable for maintenance duties
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
  • Successful completion of credit, background, and drug screenings
