As a Senior Associate Relations Business Partner at Edward Jones, you will serve as an expert advisor and consultant to leadership, providing guidance on complex associate relations and business challenges. Your role will involve producing high-quality results, communicating effectively to mitigate risk, and supporting department leadership in training and development of Associate Relations colleagues.
Responsibilities:- Lead, guide, and direct leaders and associates through multifaceted interpersonal, business, and leadership challenges, assessing and determining appropriate action based on investigation and input from all parties.
- Provide decisions and advice to leaders on executing outcomes, ranging from coaching to separation of employment, and frequently deliver outcomes directly to associates.
- Collaborate and coach Associate Relations Business Partners in complex situations to arrive at appropriate outcomes while developing the acumen of colleagues.
- Assist department leadership with the development of new Associate Relations Business Partners through onboarding, training, and coaching on responsibilities and skills.
- Promote a fair and inclusive workplace, representing Edward Jones culture and values while mitigating legal, federal, and provincial employment law, business, financial, regulatory, reputational, and associate experience risks.
- Manage and resolve complex issues escalated by other COEs, advising and collaborating with external entities and internal functions.
- Represent the Associate Relations function on division and firm initiatives, collaborating with cross-divisional leadership to set strategy focused on the associate experience and moments that matter throughout their career lifecycle.
- Exercise prominent influence across all levels of associates and leaders, providing subject matter expertise and direction on complex situations.
- Provide guidance and development to Associate Relations colleagues in managing increasingly complex situations.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors. Hiring Minimum: $81,750 Hiring Maximum: $139,194
