Position Overview

This role represents the entry-level classification for registered nursing responsibilities. Employees in this position report to a technical supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering and assessing direct nursing care.
  • Creating, implementing, and reviewing nursing care plans.
  • Providing health education and support to individuals and groups.
  • Collaborating effectively with other healthcare team members.
  • Documenting and submitting necessary records and reports.
  • Engaging in quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications

Registered Nurse I: Must possess a valid Delaware Registered Nurse license or equivalent.

Registered Nurse II: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or one year of nursing experience, along with a valid Delaware Registered Nurse license.

Registered Nurse III: Requires two years of nursing experience or a Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience, or a Master’s degree in Nursing, along with a valid Delaware Registered Nurse license.
