Nuvance Health is actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Practitioner to join our esteemed team at New Milford Hospital. This role offers the chance to work in a well-established practice located in a family-friendly community.
Practice Details
As a part of our team, you will collaborate with a group of six healthcare providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners, in a supportive environment with minimal on-call responsibilities. Our practice is known for its high patient volume and commitment to comprehensive care.
Compensation and Benefits
This employed position comes with a competitive compensation package that includes:

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled family medicine practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities will include managing both acute and chronic health conditions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall health of our patient population.
Requirements
- MD or DO with a valid state license, Federal DEA, and state-controlled substance registration
- Completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency
- Experience in primary care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status
- Shared off-hour coverage with phone triage managed by nursing staff
