In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and customer service skills while mastering an effective sales approach.
As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers to ensure excellent service and follow up to guarantee their needs are met. You will also be responsible for creating informative product presentations and building rapport with customers to promote products and uphold our clients' reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create effective sales strategies and proposals
- Develop informative product presentations to address customer needs
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote products and services
- Work effectively in a territory to complete tasks on time and build better customer relationships
- Attend daily training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide excellent services to potential customers
