Job Overview

Position: Working Supervisor

Company: Sentral Services LLC

Location: AAMC Medical Building

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building premises.
  • Perform floor cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Ensure windows and mirrors are cleaned effectively.
  • Sanitize doors, door handles, countertops, and tabletops.
  • Restock and maintain restrooms.
  • Manage waste disposal and trash removal.
  • Keep a cleaning log to track areas that have been cleaned and inspected.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and organize storage areas.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols.
  • Physical capability to perform janitorial tasks and operate standard cleaning equipment.
