We are seeking a talented data professional to join our Marketing Analytics team as a Lead Data Scientist. In this role, you will drive profitable membership growth across diverse business lines, leveraging your expertise in data-driven decision-making and strategic consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consulting/Partnership: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop recommendations for marketing approaches, optimize campaign execution, and drive business growth.
  • Test Design and Analysis: Design and analyze experiments to ensure results are statistically significant and insights are generated, promoting continual testing, measurement, and iteration.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Conduct post-campaign analysis, providing media performance, consumer/audience performance, and trends, along with recommendations for future testing and roll-out opportunities.
  • Advanced Analytics: Define and execute on the marketing analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and collaborating with analytics partners to develop solutions.
  • Agency Partnership: Partner with creative/media agencies to share data and insights, collaborate on test design, and recommend media mix to support effective execution and optimization of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced experience in multiple marketing strategies such as marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, experimental test design, and media mix model development.
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing change, leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including polish, poise, and executive presence to ensure effective interaction with senior and executive-level audiences.

About the Role:

This is a 100% remote nationwide position, requiring flexibility and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will be available 9-5 EST and possess excellent collaboration skills, relationship-building abilities, and a highly collaborative mindset.
