Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of construction project oversight, from initial planning and design to scheduling and execution.
2. Formulate and guide the project strategy, ensuring clarity in the scope of work and adherence to contractual obligations.
3. Continuously track project advancement and prepare detailed reports on key milestones and deliverables.
4. Oversee project finances, including budget tracking and cost management to ensure compliance with financial plans.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in commercial projects, demonstrating a successful track record.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings proficiently.
4. Comprehensive understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
5. In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and standards.
6. Strong financial acumen in managing project budgets effectively.
7. Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
8. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on conflict resolution.
10. Proficiency in construction management software is advantageous.
11. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
