Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring that prospective clients feel heard and understood.
  • Case Screening: Evaluate potential cases to determine their suitability for our firm, while providing guidance and support to clients throughout the process.
  • Case Management: Coordinate with our lawyers to schedule consultations, manage case files, and ensure accurate meeting schedules.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our office.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement awareness initiatives, fostering relationships with other attorneys and growing our prospective client base.
Requirements
  • CRM and Case Management Software Experience: A plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Highly valued, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
