We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Neuro Rehab Coach Supervisor at our Neuro Transitional Center in Dublin, Ohio.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Neuro Rehab Coach Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches in providing direct patient care and implementing treatment plans.
- Assist with carrying out treatment plans and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all patients.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and coworkers.
- Coordinate patient transportation and ensure transportation policies are followed.
- Complete documentation and supervise NRCs to ensure required documentation according to Neuro Transitional Rehab policy.
- Administer medications for a maximum of 12 patients.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current State Driver's License in good standing.
- Certified BLS completion required.
- Two years of experience in a residential care facility or rehabilitation environment preferred.
- Experience with brain injury population preferred.
- Ability to delegate and problem solve effectively.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.00 per hour.
- Plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends.
