We offer a competitive salary range of $124,000-$155,000, along with excellent benefits, including:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow
  • Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms in ServiceNow
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, including client-side and server-side scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security model, and best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow version control, update sets, and application deployment
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and customized forms
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods
  • Translate business requirements, map the user flow and investigate the best possible technical options in existing ServiceNow products
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
