Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design test automation strategies.
  • Design and implement test data sets and environments for automated testing purposes.
  • Develop and execute test scripts to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Identify and report defects and issues through systematic testing.
  • Provide input on quality assurance processes and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and techniques to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow system administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in software testing or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow testing capabilities and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with development teams.
