Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the daily management and administration of the preschool
  • Develop and execute educational programs that comply with established guidelines
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities
  • Provide support to teaching staff
  • Assist with communication and scheduling
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff members
  • Manage parent communications and inquiries
  • Lead curriculum development and lesson planning initiatives
  • Conduct Parent-Teacher meetings
  • Monitor and assess children's development and interactions
  • Foster relationships with families and staff
  • Organize educational activities and resources

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
