Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a Teacher and Center Staff, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
