We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Sales Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone - Poughkeepsie & Brookfield. As a Spa Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding membership sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Meet and exceed membership sales targets by providing exceptional service and promoting our services to clients and members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and members to provide tailored recommendations and educate them on available options.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of our service menu and provide clear and concise information to clients and members.
  • Provide outstanding service to all members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients and members.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing files.
