Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone - Poughkeepsie & Brookfield. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding membership sales targets, and providing tailored recommendations to clients and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Membership Goals: Meet and exceed membership sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and promoting our membership model.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and members to provide personalized recommendations and educate them on available options.
  • Service Knowledge: Acquire detailed knowledge of our service menu through comprehensive training and stay up-to-date on new services and promotions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to all members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate sales, promotions, and service options to clients and members.
  • Spa Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients and members.
  • Positive Attitude: Serve as the first impression of the spa with a welcoming and positive demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage files, and perform various other tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations.
