About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at CHRISTUS Health serves as a clinical preceptor, providing guidance and mentorship to entry-level nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires effective communication with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, implement, or delegate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.
  • Provide clinical supervision and assist in the development of entry-level nurses.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
