Medical Care Manager

Job Summary
vTech Solution, Inc. is seeking a skilled Medical Care Manager to lead our Med/Surg float pool team in providing exceptional care to adult acute care populations.
About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care on various units including General Medical, General Surgery/thoracic, Med/Surg/Bariatric, Heme/Oncology, Nephrology/Urology/Transplant, Gynecology Surgery/Oncology, and Orthopedic surgery.
This assignment does not include telemetry unless required to support med/surg patients.
Responsibilities
- Cover adult acute care populations across multiple units
- Coordinate patient care and manage unit workflow
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
