As a Line Cook, your key responsibilities will include:

* Following assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
* Preparing food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
* Setting up and operating kitchen equipment
* Keeping workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked

Our Line Cooks work a variety of shifts, including day shift, evening shift, holidays, 8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts, and weekends.
