Job Description

First Meridian Services is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality menu items to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company specifications and recipes.
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared and served to our standards of quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Work well in a team environment where responsibilities are shared.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience is required.
  • Must understand and practice basic food and alcohol safety.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check to qualify for employment.

  • Hourly pay between $23.00 based on experience.

Physical Demands:

Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.
