Retail Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Retail Operations Manager at Yellowhammer Cards & Gaming. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and have a strong knowledge of business operations. They should also have a passion for sports and games, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory, developing marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content for our social media channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and technology
