Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our wastewater facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective treatment of wastewater from diverse sources, managing personnel matters, and maintaining strong client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and present technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the gathering and review of process control information and make decisions to maintain process control that meets or exceeds permit requirements.
  • Schedule and oversee all WWTP maintenance, including preventative and unexpected maintenance issues.
  • Generate reports using lab results and internal data to submit to government agencies.
  • Provide support for gathering data for the environmental department for government and inter-company reporting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five years' experience in Wastewater Treatment field.
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus.
