Customer Success Manager

Sociabble Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA region. As a key facilitator of customer experience, you will serve as the primary point of contact, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of our clients' projects, ensuring their objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with project managers and sponsors, providing trusted advice and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement customized success plans for clients, starting from solution implementation and continuing throughout the project's lifespan.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and adoption of our platform.
- Proactively monitor project progress, sharing best practices and feedback with clients to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring contract renewal and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, such as Customer Success, Engagement Consultant, or Account Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in handling full sales cycles, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Mastery of basic planning standards, such as Gantt charts.
- Demonstrated expertise in High Touch portfolio management.
