Job Title: Mechanical Sales Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for mechanical sales and construction? Do you have a strong background in sales and business acumen? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Sales Project Manager to join our team at JF Ahern in Stevens Point, WI.

About the Role:

As a Mechanical Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects across the North Central region of Wisconsin. You will lead and coordinate the entire project team, including foremen, to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preliminary estimates and preparing material and equipment pricing
  • Sourcing competitive vendors and services
  • Developing estimates for new and existing customer projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three plus years of related mechanical commercial construction experience
  • Strong sales and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
