Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at EverStaff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatching of field service teams, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries, and maintaining open communication between customers and service personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, respond to, and dispatch appropriate personnel for alarm signals.
  • Contact customers regarding non-emergency signals and provide necessary updates.
  • Notify emergency responders after dispatching on critical signals, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Process basic data changes and updates to customer accounts as needed.
  • Answer, direct, and distribute incoming calls when required.
  • Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various types of alarm signals.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and shifts, including the possibility of mandatory overtime.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and maintain consistent performance.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and implement problem-solving techniques.
  • Positive, open-minded, and cooperative attitude, with a focus on teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
