Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell paint and paint accessories to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Restock shelves with merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Deliver merchandise to customer homes and job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish a plus
