Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a brand advocate and embody the Sprinkles Culture - be attentive and ready to greet guests with a positive attitude.
  • Understand and demonstrate the proper policies and procedures as instructed by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Provide outstanding guest service while adhering to Sprinkles policies.
  • Handle credit card and cash transactions with care and a smile.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills by supporting and collaborating with fellow associates to deliver the Sprinkles Experience.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment in both the service area and dining space where applicable.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all job responsibilities throughout your shift.
  • Package and present cupcakes and other baked goods as required.
  • Pay close attention to detail when following instructions, especially when decorating Sprinkles cupcakes.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles brand and products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and comprehend both written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Capable of maintaining composure under pressure while keeping a steady pace throughout your shift.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, which includes carrying trays of cupcakes, batter, and frosting, as well as bags of boxed items.
  • Must be able to navigate the bakery space, bending and reaching as necessary.
