Ryte Inc dba The Exercise Coach is seeking a Wellness Coach for our innovative fitness studio. We are recognized as one of the fastest-growing and technologically advanced fitness franchise concepts in the country. Our focus is on personalized training sessions that utilize cutting-edge, proprietary equipment to enhance overall strength and fitness. Our clients achieve significant, measurable results with just two, 20-minute sessions each week, all within a clean, safe, and private setting.

The ideal candidate for the Wellness Coach position will have a flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings, as well as some Saturday availability. Sundays are reserved as a day off. While prior fitness experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training and certification will be provided. Compensation is structured to ensure you are paid for all hours worked, regardless of client training sessions. We prefer candidates who are eager to grow within our organization.

  • Applicants should possess a strong enthusiasm for health and fitness and be open to adopting our specialized resistance training and focused cardio programs.
  • We seek energetic, personable, and empathetic individuals who excel in verbal communication, enjoy assisting others, and have a sincere interest in health and fitness.
  • A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related health field is preferred but not essential. A foundational understanding of the human body and health principles is expected.
  • While current personal training certification or experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
  • All staff members will receive comprehensive, paid training in The Exercise Coach methodologies and technologies, culminating in certification.
  • CPR/AED certification from a recognized provider is mandatory for client training.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.

Key responsibilities include conducting client consultations, promoting monthly and package training sessions, leading individual exercise sessions, tracking client fitness progress, and collaborating with fellow coaches to motivate and educate a diverse clientele.
