About the Role:

As a Credit Analyst at Total Quality Logistics, you will be responsible for providing credit services to our customers. This includes setting up, increasing, and decreasing credit limits for new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process credit applications for new customer accounts
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to collect necessary documents to approve credit for new and existing customers
  • Process and review credit limit increase requests on existing accounts using credit report information, payment trend analysis, obtaining and reviewing customer financials, marketplace information, and debt and stock ratings
  • Resolve customer complaints and verify select financial transactions
  • Perform proactive risk reviews on a portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with assigned teams to improve results
  • Research potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus, and other credit services

Requirements:
  • Availability to work a set schedule of 10am-7pm
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and work independently in an effective and positive manner
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Strong independent decision-making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
