- Drive sales and leasing efforts, generating leads and converting them into leases.
- Collaborate with the community team to achieve sales and leasing goals, and contribute to the overall success of the community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive community experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service, with a proven track record of problem resolution and multi-tasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations, with a good understanding of internet programs.
