We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at a community in the Escondido, CA area.

Job Summary

The Leasing Professional will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community, including leasing and marketing activities. This is a part-time position, working Monday, Friday, and Saturday, with a competitive hourly rate and full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting lease signings.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the community team to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service, with a proven track record of problem-solving and multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations, with a good understanding of internet programs.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent sales skills and strong communication abilities.
