Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, supervising data-related tasks, and optimizing standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and standardized operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee logistics operations, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of packages.
  • Supervise data-related tasks, including analyzing metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data tracking systems and templates to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with personnel across different levels and departments to drive operational improvements.
  • Review and optimize standard operating procedures, utilizing data analysis to guide changes and ensure their effectiveness.
  • Organize training meetings to effectively communicate the usage of new SOPs, automation tools, and data management systems.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in the warehouse and logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license in Canada or the United States and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Ability to learn quickly and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively handle unexpected situations.
  • Strong planning, management, and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office software, and some data analysis skills.
