Covenant Logistics Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customer systems and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our organization, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Paperwork Processing: Process and manage all inbound and outbound paperwork, including shipping documents and BOLs, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to complete monthly cycle counts and update the system accordingly.
- Communication and Coordination: Prioritize and process paperwork, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in an office or warehouse setting preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required.
