Job Summary

Berry Global, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and paperwork.
  • Prepare and process certificates of origin and compliance.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Utilize computer systems, including JDE Shipping and Infinity software, to process inventory-related tasks and concerns.
  • Stage outbound shipments, arrange carrier pickups, and coordinate paperwork.
  • Load pallets onto trailers without damage and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with quality control and shift supervisors to ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and other cycle counts, as well as back up crew leader duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with various stakeholders.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts, as needed.
  • Forklift license preferred, but willingness to train is a must.
