Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and paperwork.
- Prepare and process certificates of origin and compliance.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Utilize computer systems, including JDE Shipping and Infinity software, to process inventory-related tasks and concerns.
- Stage outbound shipments, arrange carrier pickups, and coordinate paperwork.
- Load pallets onto trailers without damage and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with quality control and shift supervisors to ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and other cycle counts, as well as back up crew leader duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with various stakeholders.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts, as needed.
- Forklift license preferred, but willingness to train is a must.
