**Job Description**

Constrafor is seeking an experienced marketing director to oversee our growth marketing initiatives. As Marketing Director - Scaling Growth, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and optimizing our market presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing strategy and take on a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that fuel rapid growth and position Constrafor as a market leader.
  • Leverage data to identify and scale high-impact marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop materials, tools, and strategies that enhance their ability to close deals and drive revenue.
  • Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, with a focus on driving measurable growth.
  • Partner with the Product Team to craft and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring market fit and alignment with growth goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in growth marketing and driving scalable customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, including lifecycle marketing, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing ABM strategies that drive targeted growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights and growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
