Job Description

Kyu NY is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead marketing initiatives across all locations. This pivotal role is based in New York and plays a crucial part in shaping the Kyu brand, driving awareness, and ensuring consistent marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the Kyu brand
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and partnerships, ensuring cohesive brand messaging
  • Collaborate with location-specific teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that align with local and overall brand goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of new location launches, ensuring strong community engagement and awareness
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Work closely with culinary and operations teams to promote seasonal menus, special events, and key initiatives
  • Buid and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners to increase visibility and positive coverage
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar, including events, promotions, and content schedules
  • Report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content
  • Lead the social media strategy, engaging with the audience and growing Kyu's digital presence

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-location marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Experience with public relations and media outreach
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
