About the Role:

  • As a Customer Service Liaison at Swoon, you will provide routine customer service support to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill customer requests by managing accounts receivables and payables, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately, verifying GL codes, approvals, and purchase orders before payment.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for customer and vendor invoices.
  • Manage order entry and customer service for satellite locations, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Update pricing information and manage open PO maintenance to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals, accurately tracking financial transactions.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, routing calls efficiently, taking messages, answering routine inquiries, and providing general information.
