Sales Information

The estimated salary for this position is $24,090 per year, based on a base pay of $16,400 and potential commissions. Our sales compensation programs offer significant upside above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist and consult with customers on our products and services. The ideal candidate will utilize knowledge, skills, and technology to provide a world-class sales and service experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage Comcast's products and services.
  • Representing Comcast's products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Taking a customer-first approach with all interactions, listening to and evaluating customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieving sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Performing operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Certifications
