Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and analyze problems through remote or on-site activity.
  • Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure all necessary materials, parts, and equipment are available and of high quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to prevent future issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of field engineering experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% as required.
  • Technical skills in testing of power distribution and delivery, including Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Breakers, Switchgear, Relays, and Transformers.
  • Experience in the repair and refurbishment of LV and MV circuit breakers (OEM equipment such as Siemens, GE, ABB, SquareD, Multilin relays, and Schweitzer Relays).
  • PLC experience is a plus.
