- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support design projects and initiatives, provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other departments as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a systems engineering or related role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
