We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Analytics and Governance Manager to join our team at Randstad Life Sciences US. As a key member of our Program & Portfolio Management Office (P&PM), you will be responsible for enabling continued execution and improvement of governance processes across the development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support governance strategy and operations for one or more therapeutic areas
  • Oversight of Therapeutic Area Review Committee (TARC) and proactive management of key upcoming discussions
  • Lead portfolio and governance management, including key stakeholder engagement and process improvement activities
  • Build relationships and collaborate with Program Management and PA&G to define and implement enhancements to governance
  • Partner with Portfolio Analytics and key finance stakeholders to effectively embed new finance processes into governance

Requirements:

  • BS degree with 6 years' experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting required
  • Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building a governance function
  • Experience in drug development, preclinical through clinical development
