Position Overview:
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will collaborate within a team and undertake the following responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Mill/Turn machinery according to specifications and engineering blueprints

• Change tools and perform offset adjustments

• Interpret dimensional blueprints

• Comprehend and adhere to machining policies and instructions (MI), QSR, ISO, SOPs, work rules, and safety protocols

• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Position Qualifications:

This role necessitates the following skills and attributes:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the setup and operation of CNC Mill/Turn machinery

• Proficiency in interpreting blueprint dimensions and utilizing measuring instruments

• Familiarity with MI's, QSR, ISO, SOPs, work rules, and safety protocols

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Strong interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

The following skills and attributes are preferred:
• 5 or more years of experience with short production runs

• Experience with Mori Seiki and Willemin mill/turn machinery

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation range for this position is $20 - $35 per hour.

Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the date of this job posting.
