Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Mexican bakery setting.
  • Familiarity with various types and styles of Mexican bread.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical flexibility to kneel, bend, and stoop as needed.
