Job Summary

As a BSA Compliance Analyst at Webster Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing business processes to identify potential risks and implementing controls to mitigate them. Your expertise will help us maintain a strong compliance program and protect our customers and the bank from financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and testing of business processes to identify potential BSA/AML risks
  • Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on BSA/AML policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on BSA/AML trends and issues

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate compliance, banking, auditing, or related BSA/AML field
  • Strong analytical, computer, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
