Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical activities within the surgical institute, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Assume house supervision duties as assigned, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
  • BSN preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent)
  • ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent)
  • Successful completion of Basic EKG course
  • Certifications specific to areas of expertise
  • 2-3 years RN experience in clinical area
