We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at SurgCenter of Palm Beach Gardens. This fast-paced ASC environment is committed to delivering high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, scrubbing for surgical procedures and demonstrating expertise as a member of the surgical team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management, as well as a solid understanding of aseptic techniques. You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, scrubbing for surgical procedures
  • Demonstrate expertise as a member of the surgical team
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program or previous surgical technician experience of at least two years
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
