Position Overview

The Branch Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring that services are effectively developed and delivered to meet client needs. This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement policies and achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of branch policies and objectives within the Operations Department.
  • Communicate operational needs effectively across departments, including Human Resources and Training.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to ensure all personnel are well-versed in client and company policies.
  • Develop action plans to address operational challenges and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, ensuring scheduled hours are met while managing overtime costs.
  • Maintain operational procedures, ensuring that post orders are readily available for emergency situations.
  • Engage with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with security services.
  • Oversee the implementation of new contracts, ensuring all personnel and material requirements are met.
  • Review operational reports to identify and resolve service and maintenance issues.
  • Manage payroll records and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Foster staff development through performance management practices.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Utilize reporting systems to support effective business management.
  • Be available for emergency contact and support seven days a week.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of management experience. Proficiency in various management systems and software is essential, along with a valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
