We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive, Enterprise to join our team. This role offers the chance to utilize your strategic selling skills to hunt and educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of ZipRecruiter.

This position is heavily focused on net new logo/new business with large enterprise level companies. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and acquire net new Enterprise Accounts (companies with 5,000+ employees)
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to manage and grow Enterprise Accounts
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
  • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Work to develop and circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Listen to market needs and share with product and marketing teams
  • Leverage skills and customer experience to evolve our product and sales process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with 3+ years of experience selling net new business to enterprise sized customers
  • 1+ year in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media and/or advertising sales
  • Demonstrated consistent track record of winning new Enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides)
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ year in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media and/or advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close new high-level business sales
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals
